Winter

Winter is the season it is right now, but its hard to call it winter here in the desert. It doesnt look like winter at all except for the people in jackets because there "freezing". But it's more like fall to the rest of the country (atleast the northern part).

But winter here is a bore because there is no snow. Now you may be thinking "Winter without snow, say it isnt so." But i regret to inform you it is so, no snow. No snow is so. And then you say "oh". And there is much weeping... much, much weeping.

But it actually snowed here once or maybe twice, possibly three times, or more. BUT, on that fateful and snowful day it snowed. And it snowed alot (for the desert) it was almost a whole inch of snow (yes thats alot (for the desert)). On that day i had a snowball fight with my friend, and snowball fights are rare in the desert almost rarer then snow because sometimes the snow is not packable and you cant pack it and that mean you cant pack it into snowballs and so there are no snowball fights. But this time there was a snowball fight because the snow was packable enough to pack and not all that powdery at all.

And during the snowball fight there was a casualty, because i hit a flower and it died. But besides that horrible flower death the day was awsome, I hope it snows this year. It was supposed to snow last week, but it didnt. Oh, well maybe this week, or maybe the week after next, or the week after that, but after that Christmas will be over and i really won't care all that much.
